IBAN , Money Transfer Issue!

Hello to all the community, i hope you are all well, and safe!
I'm having a issue as this is my first time adding Bank Into PayPal.
 the message I keep getting when attempting to 
link my IBAN 
When i first tried it worked just fine, but i'm such a rookie to this, and i don't know how to confirm my IBAN with the "deposit" thing
Now when i try to link it again it gives me this message all over again.
"Sorry we are not able to process your request. Please Try again later"
Any help/would be greatly appreciated! peace and love.
