I need help linking my debit card

i need help to link to my debit card

it says your debit card is linked to another paypal account when its not

If you are receiving this message then the chances are your card is linked to another account. It may be an old account that you have forgotten about. Please give us a call so we can help locate the other account where your card may be registered. To call us just click on the "Help & Contact" link at the bottom of any PayPal page.
