Im trying to pay online and because i am using a mastercard, paypal website asks to add that card to its account so i can pay.. but when i do so it says card was declined and i have no clue why.. i need help how to fix that please..
You may want to contact customer service for assistance. As it's not possible to resolve these types of issues via the public community. Customer service can assist as they can look at your card type, account setup, etc. Just ensure that your card is current and both the name and address associated with the card is the same name and address you used to setup your PayPal Account with - if that info does not match, the card will be rejected.
