I haven't received the money I transferred from Paypal Account to my Bank Account

Hi,

I am a new user to the site, and this is my first time doing transaction on Paypal. My friend sent me some money back in October and I have waited 3 weeks to receive the money being transferred to my Paypal Account. On 5/11 I've received the money and transferred back to my bank account. It has been nearly 2 weeks and I haven't received it yet. On the site it said 3-5 working days, so there must be some problems with it. And on the transaction it hasn't said it's completed or pending. Let me know if you can help.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
