Hey guys i have problem in linking my visa card in paypal it say the error that card declined btw the bank is paysera and its supported by paypal and the card is new (never used) i tried contacting paypal but the support is down no one repspond and i got 0 help i think about sending them email but i didnt find what email to send in so please help me guys
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
