I got scammed by a paypal user and I lost 470€ . I have disputed the lost with my bank and got my money back from my bank! 2 months later my account went into negative with the exact same amount 470€ where a paypal is asking to be payed back so that my account is on 0 again. Since then I wrote to them , tried to call them with no result. No I got a debt collection agency after me in order to pay the amount to paypal. I have contacted the bank and presented the case , and now I got an answer from the debt collection agency that paypal has dropped the case, but my balance is stil negative! Can anybody help me here ???
