I have a problem in link my bank account to paypal When I want to link my bank account with PayPal, I receive a message error

Can only add a US bank account to Morocco PayPal accounts. Link your credit, debit, or prepaid card to withdraw funds to card.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
