I get an error message when withdrawing funds to my linked prepaid card

Hi, I have successfully linked a visa prepaid card to my PayPal Business account and has verified it. However I decided to withdraw $50 out of my $90 to my prepaid card but I always get the error message: "Your payment can not be processed. Please try again later." I have tried several times but still the same issue. I have contacted my issuing bank and what they tell me is nothing of that sort is only card statement It seems the problem is from PayPal's end. Please can somebody tell me the issue? Thank you

Does your prepaid card have a billing address and is that billing address the same as your paypal address?

Maybe its a card paypal don't accept, your best bet is to contact customer services and ask why its not accepted.

I have linked the card to PayPal. I don't it would have been possible for me to link it if they don't accept it. Or?
