I cant withdraw money from my balance to my credit card

Hi everyone,I would be glad if anyone here could assist me with a problem am facing with withdrawing my paypal balance....I been using my paypal account for almost two months now...I have ever received payments and withdrew it to my credit card succesfully.....However I received a payment of $150 since 4 days ago and anytime I try to withdraw the money to my card It says Sorry,but we need more information.Please contact customer service...I have emailed them for three days now and still havent got any response from them...The money was on pending when sent at first then I had to click as the item is shipped which I did....My customer on the other hand did confirmed he got the package then the money came into my available balance but still I am having a hard time withdrawing this money...I need this money badly...Anyone ever experienced this or have a solution to this problem..my account had ever been limited more than a month ago and was asked to provide a government id which I did and has used it for transactions without any problem until now....

Could it be a currency issue, most local cards won't accept another currency?

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

No I haven't contact them on facebook or twitter I emailed them from my account but still have got no response....I been trying for  days now and all I get is the error message
