I have withdrawed my money with my bank account (BCA) but with a different name and got rejected because of Invalid Bank Account Information. Now my paypal account's name is already the same with my BCA account. But the issue is when i tried to link my BCA account, it always said "Sorry we are not able to process your request. Please Try again later" even i've cleared the cache and used different browser.
