I received some money on Saturday. They are from a friend, not a sale. When I wanted to withdraw them in my bank account, I received this message: "There's a problem. Right now, we're not able to complete this transaction." I tried on phone app, pc, different browser..nothing worked. Last week I received money from the same person and I didn't have any problem. I tried to send back the money but Paypal wants to take the money from my bank account, not the Paypal balance. I gave my account to my girlfriend so she can try to withdraw the money and I got my account restricted. I resolved that issue, but I still can't withdraw the money
