I can't transfer money from paypal to my account

Money was paid into my paypal account, but I can't transfer it to my bank account - message given 'check your details' - anyone know how do I proceed

Have you confirmed your bank account?

Have you withdrawn funds before?
Are you withdrawing to a bank account and not debit card?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in your countries currency?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
