I can't link my monese bank account to my paypal account

I can't connect my monese bank acocunt to my paypal account so I can transfer money. Please guys, I need to do this urgently..

I am adding the correct IBAN number as requested from paypal, but I keep getting the error : We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.

I've been trying too but I guess it never worked, it did but not now anymore, I use otherone instead of Monese because I think PayPal and Monese are not working.
