I can't confirm my Bank account

I have problem, I can't confirm my bank account, because I can't Writing 4 number in Insert text box, I didn't found it for written, i have the number of PP, but I can't use it

When confirming a bank account, PayPal make 2 small deposits into your bank account and you write the 2 small deposit amounts for the bank account.

When you are confirming a card, you can write the 4 number code from your card account.

What are you confirming? A bank account or a card?
