I simply want to add money from my bank account, which I can see it linked to my account, to my PayPal account. I get an error message. I have tried to use the PayPal Assistant to get help, but the most I received several days ago was a request to send me information via text (a code). This message came through late at night and by the time I replied (repeatedly) the next day, there was no answer.
I eventually closed that message after several days of no response. I opened a new message this morning. I just got a reply but it was nothing more than I could find online. Clearly there is some sort of block on my account from adding money.
Now, HOW the heck am I supposed to pay for services if I cannot get money into my account?
WHAT AM I MISSING?
