I have tried countless times to withdraw from PayPal to mpesa. Keep on getting the message "Oops, the withdraw could not be completed". What should I do?
Ps: I have used this service severally before. Someone told me to wait, but no improvement yet. I tried emailing them, no reply😞 I feel so tired and defeated right now, PayPal why?????
