Hi.
Today I just make a new Paypal account and one of my friend send to me a money.
However, I am a new user so Activity status is money in hold.
I already done varified my e-mail and fill up all the information that I have.
But it still hold status.
Although I read all of help center ' How to release the hold money?' parts, still not get it.
And by accidently I press one of summit button and now activity status is money received on hold.
When I take a look into it, money will send to from me to my friend who send to me. It suppose to be I receive the money from my friend, but it was done by accidently opposite way. and It said takes 7-9days.
I have to figure it our correct this problem first ASAP, because inside my account, now have 0 balance.
Could you please help me out how to solve this problem?
If I choose refund button to back to before, Is there any fee have to paid or not?
Also How I can release hold status of my account?
