Hi, i have been receiving payments in USD into my paypal account and paypal has been automatically converting it to CAD where i can withdraw into my linked CAD Scotia account. Recently i got 2 USD payments that are stored as USD in the same paypal account that is not giving me the option to withdraw into my CAD Account. Can someone please help or guide me with obtaining the USD stuck there?

The minimum amount you can withdraw is $15 CAD.
