How to convert currency instantly

I have a standard paypal account. I get paid in different currencies.

how do I get the amount that I get from other currencies to convert into USD instantly.

I dont want to wait until I do the manual bank transfer to have the foreign exchange conversion done.

Would appreciate if anyone can point to the settings that can do this, in paypal.
