How i can Withdraw received money in Qatar

Dear ,

I'm living in Qatar when i want to connect it to my bank they ask me for routing number and in Qatar we've just swift code and IBAN Number
how i can solve the issue and be able to withdraw fund from PayPal .

Can't connect my PayPal account to bank account because they ask me for routing number and in Qatar we don't have routing number just Swift Code and IBAN Number need to solve the issue and be able to withdraw the money .

Qatar PayPal accounts can only withdraw to US bank accounts opened on US soil.

So any money i received i cannot take out as cash from my bank ? 

there is no solution ?

for example if i created payoneer account i can take my money out or ?

Thank you for your post. I'm happy to help with some further clarification. Payoneer and any other virtual banks are not allowed to be used with a PayPal account. I regret the inconvenience.
