How Do I reverse a Withdrawal to Bank if it has already been Processed by Paypal

Hi all,

On Monday the 2nd of November I received a money from a friend and transferred those funds to a linked bank account in South Africa (First National Bank) which is still waiting to be confirmed via the two small deposits they initially said they would send to confirm the bank but those transactions haven't happened. Upon further investigation I found that I mistakenly used the wrong routing number for my correct cheque account number but Paypal still provisionally accepted it and the money has now left my PayPal balance. Paypal then emailed and confirmed that they have transferred it successfully, but how?? the bank routing number and the cheque account number don't even belong to the same bank. Admittedly yes I made a mistake, however surely I should be able to reverse it? Anyways my bank here in South Africa is useless as nobody at a branch can help me and nobody on the phone either. Ive tried to phone PayPal directly and there is nobody to speak to, I've tried the online chat and it says that no one is available; is there a responsive email I could please use? or can someone here please help, I am in desperate need and I really don't know what to do.
