Need help on what to do if i had combined a shipment from creating a second listing and only receieved one half of the payment because the second half of the payment is on hold. The customer left postive fees back on both listings. The other listing says not shipped of course because it printed the same packing slip for both listings i am still not sure why ebay did that but he left feed back on the one that says not shipped and paypal is holding the money still. I have been a little frustrated with this hold payments business and need some help!
