Happy new year! I'm a small business selling high value items. I first started over a year ago and started using paypal as a payment. To be honest its been a nightmare, I like cash in my hand and then there is no worry for me. I also use CC's on my website. I spend literally hours on the phone trying to get holds removed unsuccessfully and dont have a single issue with any sales and had about 30 in 2019. Initially everything was on hold, then nothing was, now we are back to everything, I have to buy the products in and have to wait for my money. Is there any way round this or should I move to only using CC's?
