My money is off hold and available when I go to send me balance to my frie d is says it's going to send a text to make sure it's me when I agree it says they didnt recognize 8r something what do I do

Normally our Customer Support can assist a bit further with verifying your identity to send those funds. I recommend reaching out to them over the phone at your earliest convenience.
