I cannot link my RBC USA virtual bank account (sister bank in Georgia USA) with PayPal no matter what I try. If I follow it through using my bank credentials it locates and shows all of my accounts including my linked accounts. Further, it shows my USA RBC account and has it checked of by default. When I try to link it though, it shows an error that states "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now." Below the caution it shows my USA account I want to link and states "Please check your information and try again." This account is not linked to any other account and is attached/linked to all of my RBC Canadian accounts. HELP!!!
