Help in adding funds for ebay refund please

Hello all, heres the situation

After being issued a return and a refund after a ebay sell (I am the seller), the customer immediately refunded as he realised he misinterpreted the product. I had 0 funds at the time of the refund. The product was bought for 72.50, and I only received 70.31 due to taxes and all that. Naturally, I would add funds to match/exceed that amount to be able to issue that refund. however, after a good 4 attempts to transfer the money from the savings account that is linked to my Paypal, all of them were declined. To which the reason is "insufficient funds" which I find peculiar. I tried to transfer 3 dollars out of my savings that most definitely has more than that. The savings account is under another name to my Paypal but in the past I don't believe that I have had any problems transferring from my Paypal to my savings. So I tried to link my Paypal with an account that has the same name, to which I get an email saying that the bank account in which the two deposits as part of the process was returned due to the following reason... and underneath that was blank for some reason.

All help and thoughts are definitely appreciated! Luckily the other person on the otherside of this has been patient but my patience is deteriorating and his would probably soon.

You should be able to fund the refund directly from any linked and confirmed bank account.
