Can't add money to settle an ebay dispute. Paypal help line keeps saying can't help at this time and hanging up. Help!!! I need to add money and when I select add money or transfer money I get a useless pop up.
The quickest way in my opinion is to get a friend or family member to 'send' you a family/friends payment to your paypal account, as long as they use the f/f option it should be instant.
BUT make sure they fund it from funds in their bank account OR balance and NOT a card so that there is no fee.
