Help! My debit card dissapear.

Hello to everyone. I made a PayPal account today and brought all information, I verify phone number and email, and then I link a debit Visa card. I brought all the information and I linked the card, I went to wallet and card was there. Then I go to verify the card, I fill up all for the card and then from my bank account I lose some money. I'll close a verify tab and then in the one-moment card wasn't there. It says I must link card, but when I fill up again it says the card is on one PayPal account. This is my first account and the first card to enter. Then I want to delete a card from the account but it wasn't in wallet section. I don't know what to do, and my thinking is if I close an account, a card will be free. But no, now I make this profile, and when I want to link a card it says the card is in use or it's on other PayPal. My question is can PayPal remove debit card from that closed account, I want to have a card here, but I can't.
Help anybody, please.

Based on what you've described, it sounds like you may have an account in a country that requires confirmation of a card in order to use it. If the problem is with the page, you'll need to clear your cache and cookies and ensure your browser is up-to-date.
