Hi, I tried really hard to get in touch with someone at PayPal, unfortunately it´s literally impossible to talk/email to anyone but robots. So I will try my luck here:
We receive payments from our customers also in EUR currency. So I would like to link our business EUR account (with Natwest bank) to our PayPal account, so we can withdraw the funds from PayPal. PayPal requires a) sort code and b) 8-digit bank account number. I know what our sort code is, but our EUR bank account number isn´t in 8-digit format. It is in this format: 550/00/********
I believe the first part (550/00) refers to currency and bank account type, then the 8 digits (********) is the account´s number itself.
I tried to link the account to PayPal using the correct sort code and the 8-digit number (********), but PayPal got in touch saying the account is incorrect, which means they weren´t able to send the confirmation €0.00 payment into our bank account.
So how do I link our EUR account with our PayPal account then???
