I'm having trouble transferring money in GBP to my account, which is odd since I've done it before with no issue. This time it's been saying "there is nothing to transfer right now" and I'm at a loss for what to do next.

Don't you have to withdraw it in a local currency to a bank?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
