Hello! So I got a new card and its not attached to a bank cause I'm unsure if I'm responsible enough to be using a bank account yet. I got a prepaid card attached my name to it, they sent me a new one with my name n stuff on it and I activated it. Does Paypal not accept prepaid cards outside of the ones that they give out? I have a netspend card, its just the netspend prepaid card its not a giftcard or anything of the sort. I cant find anywhere on the help tab about this other than how to add one in.
The error message I get is "your card was declined, try another payment method"
Is there something I havent done? Need to do? The billing address is the same I entered the information correctly.
Any help would be appreciated.
