Has anyone has issues getting money back - withdrawing from Paypal to an inactive account

This has happened twice now, I had old bank accounts on my paypal and twice ive withdrew money to a bank account which I closed over a year ago (didn't learn from my first mistake)

Now the bank says it should bounce back, and so have paypal but nothing at all.

Has anyone else has this issue and how did it get resolved?

You need to allow 14 working days and if no show contact your bank and c.s. for a trace.
