Got Email that I got $ but it doesent show in my balance

I've read multiple threads about this but all of them seem to have a different answer and none of them I've read have fixed my issue. My PayPal history shows I got 2 $50 deposits today but its not In my balance and I made no purchases....i don't have multiple emails or phones or cards linked

Hi this looks like a problem many are reporting now me included. When i got through to them on the phone they told me it was a service issue and are looking to fix this ASAP. I hope they do also as I'm also left stuck right now.
