I was sent a gift of funds from someone. For some reason PayPal is putting it on hold and considers it a payment. But this is not a business account and I am supposed to pass these funds on to another party as a gift.
I tried to send an email to the HELP but that is a useless loop and and I doubt if I'll succeed by phone either.
The funds are on hold, but the gift is URGENTLY needed for someone who needs these funds for housing!
