Getting my funds from Paypal

i am living in saudi arabia and i have got some funds against some of my services online.

Now i want to get these funds, i have already tried to link my bank account with my Paypal account

i was not able to, tried to get them into my credit card, could not do

Please help me knowing about getting this money either into my bank account or as cash
