I have some money in my paypal but I cannot withdraw it. All of my transactions have failed. I know the problem is not with the bank because the bank I use makes these kinds of transactions all the time. No matter how small the transaction is it fails. even if I ask for $6 it fails. Could it be because the number with which I registered was off at the time? also I just changed numbers. Is there a waiting period that is supposed to elapse before I can transact?
You can't add or withdraw to a local bank account in your country. You can only link and withdraw to a credit card. The only exception is Paypal allow a U.S bank account to be linked to most countries paypal accounts. This is because Paypal is a U.S company.
