I authorized a payment to THUNES but the transaction failed, and the funds are not reflecting on my account. What could be the problem and where are the amounts

Does it show as pending or payment on your paypal account OR have you been issued a refund?

It is showing payment but when I contacted THUNES they said that PayPal had not authorized the payment.
