I wanted to contribute to a colleague's leaving present by transferring £10 from my PayPal account to the PayPal leaving present pool and was told I would have to pay £1.72 commission!! Needless to say, I will find another way to contribute. Any ideas about why the commission fee is so high? Thanks!
Because they justify their costs by pretending they offer refunds when things go wrong. They scammed me out of £120 so every right to feel the way I do about their so called guarantees via commission charges.
