If the Visa card is already link to another account, log in to the other account and go to the wallet page and remove the card. No one can do it for you, you have to remove the card yourself as no one here can go into your account. If you do not have another Paypal Account, you have to call PayPal to reset the card. Click "Help" at the top menu, then scroll down and click "Contact Us" and then select the phone option. Or add a different card.
