Hi,
I hope someone can help, no answer from Paypal bots or resolution centre.
I am business verified, no limits yet:
- I cannot transfer from my bank anything greater than $100
- I cannot receive money from invoices pay now - not even amounts of $1 from customers
I do not have encryption on and it's verfied, no outstanding messages, all seems ok.
- I submitted to paypal online assistant and no answer waiting for 12 hrs
- I have called paypal and they state due to covid no-one can answer
