No, you can only link bank account, bank debit cards or major credit cards to PayPal. And you do not need to add money to your PayPal balance in order to PayPal to pay. Add bank account or debit/credit card to your PayPal Wallet and choose your payment method during checkout after logging into your PayPal account.
