Disabled account to upload money with bancontact

Hello,

I tried uploading money with bancontact but it seems that PayPal has disabled the option for me. 

Nothing suspicious or out of the ordinary happened on my account.

When i try to upload money i get the following message:

"Service unavailable for your PayPal account. Unfortunatly this service has been disabled for your PayPal account.

If you have any questions, please contact PayPal support."

I called them several times but my phonecalls don't get aswered (probably due to Covid-19).

Any ideas how this issue could be solved since I need to make some payments soon.

Same here, money went from my bank account the first time but hasn't shown up in my PayPal account. Second time it showed the same message. Any tips?
