I received an eBay invoice from Paypal. I was expecting it. That is not the problem. But when I clicked the link to pay it took me to live chat. They (Paul Baker) gave me Paypal account details at Prepay Technologies to send the money there by direct transfer.
They said that because the seller promised a 5-day money back guarantee (on a car) this payment has to be done this way.
