I tried using the PayPal app to deposit a $1000 USPS money order, because most of my city's post offices can't cash it. The app says funds can be rapidly available for a $50 fee, so I wanted to see if I could deposit, using my PayPal debit card instead, at a Wal-Mart. I tried reaching Wal-Mart unsuccessfully, and also have emailed PayPal. Does anyone know if any kind of money order can be deposited at Wal-Mart, and have funds available right away for less than $50? Thank you!
