Hi, I am from the Philippines, and currently, my other account was lock due to a negative balance. Then I messaged PayPal customer service and gave me instructions and a contact number of the collection office. Unfortunately, when I already called and told my problem, the Collection office said that I should call PayPal Philippines for this matter. I ask what Paypal ph contact number they said that they don't know is. And I was looking and searching Online to get that number, but I didn't see any number. I want to settle my negative balance and reopen my PayPal account🥺
