**EDIT: The payment has shown up now, but many hours after the purchase. I'm still confused, but happy that it's there and now I'm able to ship out the t-shirts.
Hi there. Today I sold two shirts on Depop totalling around £13.50 before fees. I received the email notification from PayPal that the payment had been completed yet when I check my balance, the payment is nowhere to be seen? There's also no indication that the fees are on hold or there's an issue with it at all, it's simply not there. I've been making steady sales every so often on Depop for the past 3 weeks so and I hadn't had a problem with any of those payments, just this one. For reference, all of my account information is correct and verified, also.
I'd be so grateful if someone would be able to help or provide a solution, as I'm wary of sending the shirts before I've confirmed the payment.
