When I go for Refund to Buyer From E bay and i have no balance on pay pal and all money on hold.After i Refund money pay pal balance shows a minus amount.after i add money to pay pal and automatically money was deducted and the refund case was not closed and which was for my 25.93$ . I want to know about that.Please help me...
