Declined card

Hello, I have the following problem:

I wanted to change my credit card and filled out alle the requested information and after that I had to fill out the static and dynamic 3d passowrds. I have received my static password by as I didn't manage to find mydynamic one fast enough the time has expired and I have tried one more time but it didn't work. I thought Iwill receive another passowrd but it didn't came at all. Thats why I have removed the card and tried one more time with the hope that I wille receive a new password but the system told me that they couldnt confirm that the card is mine and it is now declined.

What do I do ?
