I have been trying to add my card for the past few hours. It says Debit card has been declined. I need to add this card since this is the only one I have. What can I do since the website accepts PayPal only? (Please reply quickly! It's urgent)
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
