Hi guys. I can't add a credit card because it says the card is already linked to a pay pal account. It says I must remove it from the other account, however for various reasons I'm unable to trace that account. Any suggestions?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
